When to Book Your Pre Wedding Haircut

Timing is everything. We recommend getting your haircut two to three days before the wedding. This gives the cut time to settle and look natural in photos, while still being fresh and sharp.

What to Tell Your Barber

Bring reference photos. Show your barber the style you want. Screenshots from Instagram or Pinterest work perfectly. This removes any guesswork.

Mention the wedding. Your barber will adjust the cut to photograph well. This might mean slightly sharper lines, a tighter fade, or extra attention to the beard lineup.

Talk about your suit and neckline. A crew neck, open collar, or high collar each call for a different neckline finish. Let your barber know so they can tailor the back and sides accordingly.

Barber tip: Do not try a brand new style for your wedding. Stick with what you know works and just get it sharpened up. We have seen grooms panic after going too short or too different right before the big day.
